I've decided to keep this one and I am officially looking for early G&L basses for my own collection. It's certainly worthy! I sold all my transparent colors 10 years ago and am kind of nostalgic these days. This one has fantastic tone and a great neck, finished in trans blue over an ash body. The pickup has the large allen key pole pieces and the bridge, control plate and neck plate have the crinkle black finish. Weighs 9 1/4 lbs and comes in the original hard case.
